Online enrollment is now closed. To review the health plan options for which you are eligible, call the Northrop Grumman Benefits Center (NGBC). You must enroll in the Northrop Grumman Health Plan by August 31, or you will not have optional benefits coverage through Northrop Grumman, including medical, dental and vision coverage. Your benefit elections will roll over from year to year, until you make a change.

Starting with your paycheck on September 18, you will be automatically enrolled in the Northrop Grumman Savings Plan at a contribution rate of 2% of your eligible pay. You may change your contribution rate or decline enrollment in the Northrop Grumman Savings Plan by logging on to My Benefits Access or by calling the NGBC. If you do not decline enrollment by August 31, you will automatically be enrolled in the Plan.
