Many active Pension Program participants who have participated in only one pension plan during their careers at Northrop Grumman can:

• Get an estimate of your pension benefit online -Find out how much your estimated benefit will be when you retire, and better plan for retirement
• Retire online - In addition to running a pension benefit estimate, you can make all your retirement benefit elections (pension and medical, if applicable) on My Benefits Access. To complete the retirement process, however, you will need to sign and return the applicable authorization form.

We will continue to enable access to online pension information and retirement planning tools for additional groups of active employees, including transfers, rehires, and those who have been on a leave of absence or have a qualified domestic relations order (QDRO), as well as those with multiple heritage plan benefits (meaning they have participated in more than one Northrop Grumman pension plan) and/or nonqualified pension plan benefits.
