Enrollment Information for Essex and AOA Employees
Welcome to the Northrop Grumman Benefits Program.
Online enrollment is closed. To review the health plan options for which you are eligible, call the Northrop Grumman Benefits Center (NGBC). You must enroll in the Northrop Grumman Health Plan by December 31, or you will not have optional benefits coverage through Northrop Grumman, including medical, dental and vision coverage. Your benefit elections will roll over from year to year, until you make a change. Important: For the six-month plan period (January 1, 2009 ─ June 30, 2009), your deductibles and annual maximums will be half the plan year amount.
Please call the Northrop Grumman Benefits Center (NGBC) at 1-800-894-4194 (outside the U.S, call: 718-354-1338) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, excluding holidays.
Starting with your first paycheck in January 2009, you will be automatically enrolled in the Northrop Grumman Savings Plan at a contribution rate of 2% of your eligible pay. You may change your contribution rate or decline enrollment in the Northrop Grumman Savings Plan by logging on to My Benefits Access or calling the NGBC.
