Beginning July 1, 2008, Northrop Grumman will offer employees and retirees access to a new voluntary benefit from LifeLock. LifeLock helps proactively stop identity theft by reducing your risk of becoming a victim in the first place. The program works to help prevent identity thieves from destroying your credit.

LifeLock will provide Northrop Grumman employees, retirees, family members and friends their identity protection program at a discounted rate of $6 per month or $66 per year.

Employees can enroll either by phone at 1-800-LifeLock or online. Employees can enroll themselves, their spouses, their children (under age 16), and the discount is extended to other family members and friends. LifeLock will invoice the employees via the employee's personal credit card. As this is a discount program only, there will be no payroll deductions.  Employees will enroll and deal with LifeLock directly. There is no long term commitment - you can enroll or cancel at any time.
