Find time to relax and recharge.
Our lives can sometimes be very hectic and stressful. Be sure to take care of yourself.
Nurturing yourself is a necessity, not a luxury. Try one or more of these healthy ways to relax and recharge:
- Go for a walk or hike
- Call a good friend
- Write in a journal
- Take a long bath
- Play with your pet
- Hit some tennis or golf balls
- Listen to music
- Get a massage
- Read a good book or magazine
- Take the newspaper and go to the park or the library to read it
- Watch a comedy
- Savor a warm cup of coffee or tea
