The Northrop Grumman Benefits Center (NGBC) receives an average of 1,400 calls per day!

Their greatest call volume occurs at the beginning of the month and on Mondays, and they are most busy from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET every day. Your wait time to speak with a representative will be reduced greatly if you are able to call later in the day, and/or later in the week or month.
