Annual Enrollment 


We are making significant changes to the Northrop Grumman Health Plan for 2014 -- we are introducing new medical plan options and eliminating some existing medical plan options. You must actively enroll in a medical plan option during this year's Annual Enrollment if you want medical coverage through Northrop Grumman for the 2014 – 2015 plan year1.

Enrolling in Your Benefits

During Annual Enrollment, log in to My Benefits Access to review your benefit options, costs and dependent information. Choosing the right benefits takes time and research — and it’s especially important this year with our new medical plan options.

You have access to a variety of tools to help you choose your benefits this year, including employee information sessions, an online Medical Expense Estimator (found on My Benefits Access), and the Annual Enrollment Guide (posted below).

2Please note that there is a misprint on page 6 of the printed Annual Enrollment Guide you received at home. The deductible listed for the Value Medical Plan option for You + Spouse and You + Child(ren) in-network coverage should be $2,500. All other deductibles listed are correct and this online version reflects the correct amounts.

 CVS Caremark

CVS Caremark will administer the prescription drug benefit for the Premium Plus Plan, Premium Plan and the Value Plan.

  Best Doctors® provides the opportunity to have a world renowned doctor review your medical case and ensure you and your covered dependents have the right diagnosis and treatment plan.

  The Quit for Life® Program provides personalized phone counseling and coaching, online interactive tools, a weight management program, and free nicotine-replacement products (such as nicotine patches and gum). Note: Only available to eligible dependents over the age of 18.

Virgin HealthMiles is is a fun program designed to motivate you to get active, fit and healthy ― and earn gift card rewards along the way!

These programs are all offered at no additional cost to eligible Northrop Grumman participants.
