Severance Plan 
The Northrop Grumman Severance Plan Summary Plan Description provides information about severance benefits if you are laid off by the Company due to lack of work. You are eligible for the Northrop Grumman Severance Plan only if you receive a notice signed by a Vice President of Human Resources (or his/her designee), addressed to you individually, indicating you are eligible for the benefits.
