This section provides information about severance benefits if you are laid off by the Company due to lack of work.

Severance Plan Briefings


Severance Plan briefings are available based on your heritage company as of July 1, 2003*.

To view your Severance Plan Briefing, select your appropriate heritage below.  If you were hired on or after July 1, 2003*, you do not have separate heritage eligibility and should select the Northrop Grumman briefing.  If you were hired on or after July 1, 2008, the pension benefit section does not apply to you.

*Eligibility for Norden heritage was frozen as of January 1, 2004 and TRW heritage was frozen as of January 1, 2005.
