HMO and EPO Plans

HMO and EPO Options under the Northrop Grumman Health Plan vary depending on your location:

National EPO option offered through Aetna (available in many states)
Regional EPOs vary by state
- California - Health Net, PacifiCare
- Colorado - PacifiCare
- North Carolina - CIGNA
- Virginia - CIGNA
HMOs vary by state

Key Points to Remember

You must receive all of your medical care from the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) network of providers in order to receive any benefits
You pay a copayment and the plan generally pays 100% of eligible expenses
You do not pay a deductible, but care that is not covered by your Primary Care Physician (PCP) is not covered by the plan

An Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) works in a similar way.
