Consumer Driven Health Plan
The Anthem CDHP under the Northrop Grumman Health Plan uses the Blue Cross Blue Shield network.
Features of the plan and how it works:
- Preventive Care
- You are covered at 100% for nationally recommended services, with no deductions from your HRA
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
- You receive funds from Northrop Grumman for your HRA
- The plan pays 100% when funds are available
- You can use the funds for HRA extras
- The "Bridge" (Amount that you pay out-of-pocket, before the plan begins to pay benefits)
- If your medical expenses exceed the funds in your HRA, you pay a limited out-of-pocket amount
- You pay only as expenses are incurred
- This amount can be reduced or eliminated by HRA rollover funds
- Traditional Health Coverage
